Backyard Bootcamp

Service Description

Backyard Bootcamp is a circuit style, bootcamp style workout that includes but is not limited to strength and cardio. Modifications are always available if you are limited in any capacity (pregnancy, postpartum, just don't feel like doing jumping jacks that day, etc). Classes will be approximately 50 minutes and it is suggested that you bring a yoga mat, a resistance band, a longer resistance tube, and light to medium dumbbells, but these are not 100% necessary and bands and tubing will also be available for purchase. You can bring your child to class! We know how difficult/expensive it can be to find childcare so you can get a workout in. You are welcome to bring your child to class, with the following expectations: no illnesses and you must keep an eye on your child. We will not be providing a babysitter nor can your child just go wild in class. All facilities that we use will be closed in (ie a fenced field or a room with doors that close) but you will need to continue to parent your child throughout class. That being said, in our experience most children will either stay by you or will play with the other children and let you get a sweat in!
