Tracey Hecht

I’m Tracey and I'm the founder and owner of Tracey Hecht Coaching! I have 2 kids (Henry born in 2017 and Sadie born in 2019) and have been married to Ron since 2015. I am an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, RRCA certified running coach, Schwinn certified indoor cycling instructor, a NETA certified mat Pilates instructor, and NASM certified personal trainer.  I also am a Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist, which is very near and dear to my heart, as I am a stage 3 breast cancer survivor (diagnosed in May 2020) and kept as active as I was able throughout 2+ years of treatment, if for nothing else but to still feel like me. 

My undergraduate degree is in Athletic Training and I have a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science (with a concentration in Exercise, Nutrition, and Eating Behaviors). I love to encourage people to participate in a healthy and active lifestyle, whether it's through one on one run coaching or personal training, or in a fun but challenging class setting.  I usually teach fitness classes and train clients at the David Posnack JCC in Davie, FL, but am open to doing sessions at a private location or virtually.

When I’m not chasing after my kids, you can usually find me out on a run — I have completed 5 full marathons — or reading a book at the beach.
